Admin Actions Log

Setup Instructions

  1. Navigate to Stores > Configuration > Amasty Extensions > Admin Actions Log.
  2. Enable logging of user actions across different areas (Products, Orders, CMS Pages, etc.).
  3. Configure log retention time and assign permissions for viewing logs.
  4. Access logs via System > Actions Log for real-time review and export.

Extended Product Grid with Editor

Description: Speed up catalog management by customizing the product grid. Add any product attributes as columns and edit data inline — no need to open individual product pages. Save hours when updating pricing, inventory, and more.

Setup Instructions

  1. Go to Stores > Configuration > Amasty Extensions > Extended Product Grid.
  2. Select which product attributes you want visible/editable in the grid.
  3. Navigate to Catalog > Products to start using the new editable grid view.
  4. Edit fields directly in the grid and save bulk changes with one click.

Extended Order Grid

Description: Tailor the Magento orders grid to your workflow by adding custom columns like payment method, customer group, ordered items, and more. Access key order details instantly and speed up fulfillment.

Setup Instructions

  1. Navigate to Stores > Configuration > Amasty Extensions > Extended Order Grid.
  2. Choose additional columns to display in the Orders grid (payment type, shipping method, ordered products, etc.).
  3. Enable order mass actions for faster bulk processing.
  4. Manage orders from Sales > Orders with the new custom view.

Mass Product Actions

Description: Update hundreds of products at once without manual edits. Perform bulk changes like price adjustments, attribute updates, and category assignments quickly — ideal during promotions, seasonal updates, or catalog reorganizations.

Setup Instructions

  1. Go to Catalog > Mass Product Actions.
  2. Choose the products to update using filters (category, attribute set, etc.).
  3. Select the bulk action (update price, assign to category, modify attribute, etc.).
  4. Preview the changes and apply with one click.

Description: Optimize category pages with easy drag-and-drop product sorting. Promote best-sellers, hide out-of-stock items, and customize how products appear to shoppers — improving both customer experience and conversions.

Setup Instructions

  1. Navigate to Catalog > Categories and select a category to edit.
  2. Switch to the Visual Merchandiser tab inside the category settings.
  3. Use drag-and-drop to rearrange products or set up smart sorting rules (e.g., Best Sellers on top).
  4. Save changes and preview the new category layout on the storefront.
